Working between his glorious private island ‘Necker’ and the island of Manhattan, Geri founded Virgin Ultimate, now known as Limited Edition, a collection of stunning rental properties around the world. She formed sugargroup upon returning to the UK after 12 years in the US and settling down in East Sussex.

After joining many groups and attending countless lunches, launches, cocktail parties and conferences, Geraldine wondered if there was a more engaging way to meet women, share ideas, chat and ultimately enjoy it!

After many months of research and meeting many fun, creative, savvy, and intelligent business-minded women along the way, Geraldine realised how great it would be to get all of these women under one roof and launched sugar group. She enjoys the finer things in life such as good chocolate, Brothers & Sisters (a smulchy Californian TV drama), a love of Georges including Clooney and Michael (who sadly wasn’t interested but sent her flowers anyway) and 4inch heels!

Working with some great people on some fantastic events, Jane, helped take Converse to the Reading Festival and organised the Sky Fashion Awards. She put on the UK Tank Girl film premiere at the Roundhouse, watched Pulp at the Pulp Fiction party, as well as working with some of the coolest fashion brands including; Quiksilver, Replay & Ministry of Sound.

She was also instrumental in helping create the trade fashion event, 40º, for Emap which, within three years, was Europe’s number one fashion event attracting 1,000 brands and 40,000 retailers each season. Jane’s forte is chatting, putting the right people in touch, never afraid to pick up the phone, and rarely off it, she’s a natural born communicator.

Preferring her Converse to heels, Jane adds a certain ‘urban’ style to Sugargroup swish – unless she is barefoot in the Gilli islands, where she has her second home amongst the palm trees, and would quite happily laze in a hammock all day long, with a cool glass of Bali wine!
